- —Admins can promote, demote, or remove members; invites apply the correct role when someone joins.
- —Your workspace dashboard shows your role and a compact revenue-by-event summary.
- —Transferred tickets can be downloaded with a scannable QR code for entry; transfer emails include a PDF pass link.
- —Email footers use tighter, centered social icons.

Billing currency and payout UX by region
Kenya organizers see KES stats with direct checkout settlement; USA and Europe organizers see USD with Stripe withdrawals. Per-event revenue is now visible in Billing and Admin.
- —Billing and dashboard revenue follow your verified KYC region (KES for Kenya, USD for international), not your browser location.
- —Kenya payout setup hides the registration form once your destination is active; KYC reminders only show when verification is still pending.
- —Header withdrawal is shown only for international Stripe balances — Kenya direct settlement has no separate withdraw step.
- —Revenue by event appears on the Billing overview and Admin Revenue pages for transparency.

Workspace team management
Workspace admins can remove team members, and the workspace switcher only lists workspaces you belong to.
- —Remove a member from Team with confirmation in workspace settings.
- —If someone loses their last workspace, they are signed out; otherwise they land in another workspace.
- —The sidebar workspace list no longer shows workspaces you are not a member of.

Direct M-PESA payouts for organizers
Kenya ticket sales now follow Tuma's direct-settlement model: your share is sent to your bank or M-Pesa destination at checkout instead of building a balance to withdraw later.
- —Register your payout destination in Billing after KYC approval.
- —M-PESA checkouts use your organizer profile so sales settle to you directly.
- —The Billing Payouts tab replaces manual KES withdrawals.

Settings loading, venue maps, partnerships, and animated numbers
Workspace settings placeholders now match the real tab layout, venue search and maps are more reliable, and a new partnerships page is live.
- —Settings loading states mirror the horizontal tab layout instead of a generic sidebar skeleton.
- —Venue search starts sooner, ranks results better, and the map picker re-locates when you change the venue or city.
- —New partners page for sponsors, brands, and media teams.
- —Pricing, roadmap, and dashboard stats use Geist Mono with animated number transitions.

- —List, map, and calendar views on storefronts use the same pricing data as the card grid.

Event pages and theme controls
Public event pages load with layout-matched placeholders, clearer organizer links, and theme only changes when you pick light or dark.
- —Opening your profile menu no longer accidentally switches theme — only the sun and moon buttons change it.
- —Event detail loading states mirror the real sidebar and content layout instead of generic gray blocks.
- —Featured events on the home page link straight to public event URLs for guests.
- —Organizer names on event pages link to their storefront when one is published.
