Free events work without KYC. Paid tickets and withdrawals require verification through the region flow that matches your ID.
Open KYC Verification from the workspace sidebar, or from the banner on Create event when you are not approved yet. The page title is KYC Verification with the subtitle “Complete your verification to create paid events.â€

What the form actually shows
- Verification region — Kenya (Tuma — ID + KRA) or USA, Canada & Europe (Stripe Identity)
- First name, last name, phone number, and date of birth
- Kenya only: National ID Number, full legal name on ID, and KRA PIN
- USA/Europe: after submit you continue in Stripe Identity’s hosted ID check
- If already approved, you only see a status card — not the form
