Transfer tickets

If you bought a ticket and cannot attend, transfer it to someone else by email. This is an attendee action, not an organizer sales tool.

From your purchased tickets (workspace tickets/my-purchased/transfer or the attendee tickets transfer flow), open Transfer on a valid unused ticket and enter the recipient’s email.

Transfer tickets — send a ticket you bought to someone else

What to know

  • Only tickets you purchased and have not used can be transferred
  • The recipient gets the ticket on their account
  • Organizers still see the ticket as sold — ownership moves to the new holder
  • Use this when plans change, not for resale outside the platform

Organizers manage sales and scanning on Tickets. Transfer is for buyers who need to pass a ticket to a friend or colleague.
