- Engage in ticket scalping or unauthorized resale
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or metrics
2.4 System Abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Overload or stress test our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
2.5 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
- Harvest email addresses or user information
- Use the Service for unsolicited marketing
- Create events solely for promotional purposes
Events must comply with the following:
- Accurate and truthful event information
- Appropriate event categories and tags
- Clear pricing and refund policies
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Respect for intellectual property rights
- No misleading or deceptive practices
When interacting with other users, you must:
- Be respectful and courteous
- Respect privacy and confidentiality
- Not harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Not impersonate other users or entities
- Not share false or misleading information
- Report violations and suspicious activity
You may not:
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Process payments for illegal goods or services
- Engage in money laundering or financial fraud
- Circumvent payment processing or fees
- Create events solely to process payments
- Manipulate transaction data or reports
You may not:
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Use content without proper authorization
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify copyrighted material
- Remove copyright notices or watermarks
- Claim ownership of others' intellectual property
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Not sharing your account with others
- Using strong, unique passwords
- Enabling two-factor authentication when available
- Reporting unauthorized access immediately
- Keeping your contact information up to date
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notifications
- Content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Withholding of earnings
- Legal action if necessary
We reserve the right to take action at our discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it immediately through the feedback feature in the platform or contact support. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
