Smarter event date and meeting link checks
The create-event wizard now blocks past start times and checks that meeting links match the chosen platform.
- —You can no longer pick a start time earlier than the current moment — past hours are disabled for today.
- —Online and hybrid events now require a meeting link, validated against the selected platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams).
- —Switching an event to Online clears any leftover venue error so it no longer blocks you.

The create-event flow now blocks each step until poster upload and workspace draft rules are satisfied.

Poster images on the create-event flow upload successfully even when the first optimization pass fails.
